#53 We love second-generation Les Rochians

It’s hard for outsiders to appreciate how contagious the hospitality bug can be. When you are brought up in the industry, when your parents and uncles work in it, what are the chances you’ll also end up there?

And what are the chances you’ll end up at the same school as your father or mother?  Ronan graduated from Les Roches in 1986.  In July 2014, he dropped off his son Max to start the hospitality journey.   Maybe it’s nature. Maybe it’s nurture.  Maybe it’s something about Les Roches that just makes you want to pass it on…
